Your weekend away features all of these great amenities:

• You can never have enough cropping space! That's why each cropper will have their own 6 foot table! Yes, you heard that right......6' of space! We know what it's like to have several XXL totes, towers of accessories & luggage that makes royalty look like they forgot a few bags..... We have room for you and all of your stuff - including electrical outlets/extension cords for your Cricut Machines, lamps & any other tools you may bring. Each of you will have your own 6' of cropping space along with an ergonomic chair that swivels and tilts so that you will be comfortable.

• Reserved Spacious Crop Seating with your friends - We will assign cropping rooms & accommodations to fit your group. Your group will remain together, no need to worry about there not being enough space. For those of you who need ramps rather than steps, we can accommodate you - please do not hesitate to ask for whatever you need to make your weekend comfortable. 

• Inn Accommodations for 2 nights/3 days or stay an extra night for 3 nights/4 days -We offer the option to stay the normal Friday through Sunday (cropping for 48 hours) or adding on an extra night of accommodations, delicious food and relaxing cropping by arriving on Thursday. All rooms are 2 night minimum, based on double occupancy, which means the rates are per person but you need 2 people to a room for both nights. The rooms all contain either double beds or twin beds so they comfortably fit 2 people and we want you to be comfortable! Each room also has a data port, flat screen cable television, WiFi, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and private bathroom. 

• The gourmet food is SO delicious & plentiful at Whispering Pines....(we guarantee you will never be hungry): Bountiful breakfast buffet in the Dining room, Continental breakfast delivered to each cropping room in case you miss the breakfast buffet (but we strongly recommend not missing the delicious meals), Mid-Morning Snacks, Lunch Buffet, Mid-Afternoon Snacks, Hors D'ouevres, Dinner Buffet & Desserts and Campfire S'Mores. There will also be beverage service from the time you arrive until the time you leave Whispering Pines and snacks will be available at all times.

Please note: The chef can accommodate any special dietary needs such as Vegetarian or Gluten Free diets. Please let us know when you register so we can arrange for your specific menu.

• Vendors & Scrapbooking Supplies** so you don't have to leave to go shopping!  

• Fabulous Giveaways - We love giveaways! Don't you? You will have plenty of chances to win a great prize!

• Massage Therapist - For your utmost relaxation, we will be offering a full massage therapy session for any croppers wishing to be pampered over the course of the weekend. The certified massage therapist will have her own room at Whispering Pines that will be transformed into a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere to melt away your tension. All massages will require payment directly to the therapist by cash/check. Appointments will be on a first come, first sign up basis, closer to the crop weekend. The Whispering Pines Conference Center has several crop rooms, accommodations, living rooms with cozy fireplaces and porches with chairs to relax. Enjoy cocktails** each evening served by our own bartender in the dining room (**cash bar is not included in package price).
