How do I register for the weekend?
Go to the registration page, print out the registration form and mail it to the payment address with your registration fee.

How much does it cost to register?
Early registration costs $60.
Late registration costs $75.
What is included in the Celebrate Memories Crop weekend price?
The Ultimate Cropper package includes 2-night hotel accommodations, a yummy Friday night dessert, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner & dessert, Sunday breakfast, unlimited coffee, tea, water & soda service all weekend, all taxes & gratuities, goodie bags & great prizes!
The 24-Hour Cropper 1-night package includes 1-night hotel accommodations, Saturday lunch, afternoon break, dinner & dessert, Sunday breakfast, unlimited coffee, tea, water & soda service all weekend, all taxes & gratuities, goodie bags & great prizes!
Our Local Cropper Package includes all the yummy meals from Friday through Sunday but does not include any accommodations. You may leave all of your stuff in our crop room all weekend to make life easier.

Can I register with my friends so that we can sit together?
What a nice friend you are! Of course! We welcome groups of friends and encourage you to make new ones! Your seats will be reserved so no matter what time you join us, your seats are saved.
Can I register my group?
Each person must fill out the registration form and list their friends to room with in order to pay the package price. You will also be sitting with your requested friends in the crop room (or you will be placed next to their table, depending on how large your group is).
The registration fee & package price are per person so each person must send in their forms with their registration fee to reserve their spot. Of course you may combine registration fees into one check.
Package price for the weekend must be paid with a credit card for each individual and your signature is required on the registration form.
Can I bring my child with me to scrapbook?
Our scrapbook weekends are designed for adults and those who are over 16 years of age. We want the weekend to be relaxing for everyone and prefer our children and husbands to stay home while we are preserving our memories.
I'd love to get a massage during the weekend. Can I sign up now? How much does it cost?
Our on-site massage therapist will have sign-ups when you arrive for the Celebrate Memories Crop weekend. She will have her schedule available for you to sign up for massages throughout the weekend.
There is an additional charge for massages - $1 per minute, 10 minute minimum. Please bring cash or check to pay for your massage.
Can I purchase Creative Memories or Stampin' Up! supplies at the Celebrate Memories Crop?
Both Cynthia & Lisa would love to take your order prior to the crop and have them ready for you upon your arrival. Please use the links provided on the Sponsor Links pages to contact Lisa & Cynthia directly.
What if I have to cancel my reservation?
In the unfortunate event that you cannot make it the Celebrate Memories Crop, you may cancel your reservation until XXXXXX without being charged for your hotel room & meals. The $60-$75 registration fee is non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel after March 12, 2010, you will be responsible for your hotel room & meals - but you may transfer your package to another person and have them reimburse you the registration fee so that you do not lose any money. It is your responsibility to find a replacement for your spot.
Please note that if you cancel prior to March 12, 2010 - your roommates will be automatically changed to the correct package price based on the new number of guests in that room and will be responsible for the increase in their costs. You will also lose you registration fee as that is non-refundable.

What to bring on a scrapbook weekend....
Your Scrapbook Supplies
Pack it all up! Load up your papers, tools, embellishments, stickers, die-cutting machines and lots of photos! If you can pack it into your car, you can bring it with you!
{Sorry - we do not accept early delivery of your supplies. You have to arrive with them :)
Helpful tip:
Print out your photos the week before the Celebrate Memories Crop and pre-organize your layouts so you can complete more pages!
Comfy Clothes
We plan on being comfortable and we want you to relax....so put away the work clothes, bring your comfiest clothing, your pj's and your bathing suit too! There's a wonderful indoor pool (and outdoor - weather permitting), sauna & whirlpool waiting for you.
Please note that some croppers will always be cold and some will always be warm so dress in layers to anticipate the temperature in the crop room. We can not alter the hotel's thermostat.
Seat Cushion
Feel free to bring an extra cushion to place on the padded hotel banquet chairs.
Extra Lighting
While there is plenty of great lighting in the crop areas, you may bring a lamp of your own. Please bring your own grounded extension cord. We will provide the tape to keep your cords safely adhered to the floor.
Outside Food & Beverages
All of your food and beverages are included in your crop weekend so you do not need to bring anything with you. The hotel does not allow outside food to be brought in or ordered while attending a Celebrate Memories Crop weekend. The exception would be coffee you bring in from Dunkin Donuts when you arrive :)
Also please bring a covered mug with you to drink at the crop tables. This helps keep everyone's papers, photos & albums safe from spills.
I've never been to a scrapbook weekend crop before - what should I bring?
Well first off - congrats! You are going to love a weekend getaway just for scrapbooking!
Some scrapbookers bring pre-planned pages & specific supplies and others bring their entire crop room from home! You can bring as much or as little as you want but don't forget the basics like paper trimmers, photos, paper, adhesive & scissors. Everything else is up to you. We will also have some great vendors on site to provide you with some supplies you may need.
How much space will I have to crop?
Everyone will have an end seat. Our 6' tables will be set up in quads with 2 people per table, 8 people per quad.
Can I bring music with me to listen to while I crop?
Absolutely! We just ask that you bring your own earphones so that others are not distracted. We plan to have some music playing during the weekend that is fun & appropriate. Unfortunately we do not allow anyone to use the iPod dock so plan to bring your own music if you do not want to hear our selection.
