Early Registration = $50 (now through September 1, 2012)
Late Registration fee = $75 (September 2 - October 18, 2012)

Your package will be charged by the Whispering Pines Conference Center in this manner:
(1) night's accommodations will be charged 60 days prior to your arrival (which is $185 plus tax based on double occupancy) on your credit card.
The rest of the amount due for your package price (either the remaining $185 for 2 nights or the remaining $370 for 3 nights +tax based on double occupancy) will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival on your credit card.
Please note: If you are paying by cash or check, you will need to send in the full amount with your registration form in order to reserve your spot.
When you arrive, the only spending money you will need will be for our guest vendors, the cocktail bar & the massage therapist, if you choose to use any of those services.
